GRAETC Mini-Grants – Apply Now!

Today is the day. Remember that idea you had that would “positively impact the Greater Richmond Area educational community by providing connected learning opportunities to build capacity around innovative and sound pedagogical use of instructional technology resources”, …. but you just didn’t have the funding to implement? Well, now is your chance. GRAETC Mini-Grants are open!

That’s right – as of March 12th, our GRAETC Mini-Grant Applications are open for 2026. Mini-grant funds may be used for supplies, equipment, or other materials essential to the integration of the innovative and sound pedagogical use of instructional technology. Last year we had a variety of awardees spanning elementary and secondary. We also had a record number of applicants last year, which is awesome to see! Faculty around the region have found GRAETC mini-grants to be a valuable funding opportunity, and we want you to take advantage of this opportunity as well.

The committee will be accepting applications for our new grant cycle beginning today, March 12. The application deadline is May 14, 2026, so don’t wait to submit your idea! To learn more about the GRAETC Mini-Grants, please contact the grant chair of GRAETC (bgoldman@nkcps.k12.va.us) with your questions.

Don’t have an idea yet? Attend our EdTechRVA 2026 conference event on March 12, 2026, and get some ideas!
